This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all services provided by Ad Growify. By engaging our services and making a payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to this policy.
Ad Growify provides professional service-based offerings including digital marketing strategy, performance advertising management, branding and identity development, social media management, lead generation, and SEO/content marketing. As these are knowledge-based, time-intensive professional services, our refund terms reflect the nature of the work delivered.
Due to the professional, service-based nature of our work, Ad Growify operates a limited refund policy. Once work has commenced on an engagement, fees paid are generally non-refundable, as significant time, resources, and expertise are invested from the outset of each project.
Ad Growify recommends that all prospective clients review our service scope, deliverables, and pricing thoroughly before making any payment. We offer a free consultation call prior to engagement to help you make an informed decision.
Clients engaging Ad Growify on a monthly retainer basis may cancel their engagement by providing written notice (email) at least 30 days before the next billing cycle. Services will continue through the end of the paid period.
Project-based services (e.g., branding packages, one-time strategy sessions) require a 50% advance payment before commencement. This advance is non-refundable once work has begun.
For projects structured around milestones, payments for completed and approved milestones are non-refundable. If a project is cancelled after a milestone is approved, fees for completed milestones are retained by Ad Growify.
If you cancel a project engagement before any work has commenced (i.e., within 48 hours of payment and before the project kickoff meeting), Ad Growify may, at its discretion, issue a partial refund of up to 50% of the advance payment, minus any administrative or processing fees incurred.
Ad spend paid directly to advertising platforms (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, etc.) is governed entirely by those platforms' own refund and terms policies. Ad Growify has no control over and accepts no liability for ad spend once it has been committed to those platforms. Management fees paid to Ad Growify for overseeing these campaigns are non-refundable.
Ad Growify may consider refund requests in the following exceptional circumstances:
All refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days via the original payment method.
The following are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances:
If you are dissatisfied with any deliverable, Ad Growify encourages clients to communicate concerns promptly. We offer revisions within the scope agreed in the Service Agreement. Requests for revisions or modifications are not grounds for a refund if the deliverable meets the agreed specifications.
Ad Growify reserves the right to terminate a service engagement if a client violates these Terms and Conditions, fails to make payment, acts in a manner that is abusive, unlawful, or otherwise inappropriate, or provides false information. In such cases, fees already paid are non-refundable.

Ad Growify reserves the right to update this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. The most current version will always be published on this page. Your continued engagement of our services following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
